Select around the project duty
Contactless-Power Transfer Car is configured around coil mass, diameter, width, route, station layout, transfer cycle and plant-safety requirements. The final vehicle, rail, power and control arrangement is confirmed from the logistics layout.
Working principle
The transport equipment receives a coil at a defined station and moves it along the planned route using the selected rail, wheel, power and control system. Positioning, interlocks and load support are coordinated with upstream and downstream handling equipment.
Metallurgical equipment selection is based on feed composition, production rate, process temperature, energy balance, refractory or wetted materials, emission control and plant integration.
