Working principle
A driven impeller adds velocity and pressure to the gas stream. Impeller geometry and casing arrangement are selected to meet the required airflow, static pressure, gas condition, noise limit and control range.
Fan and blower selection starts from gas volume, required static or total pressure, gas properties, temperature, dust loading, efficiency, noise target and control method.
